Press & Hold the “OK” button on the phone for few seconds, you will see a prompt asking to Reset to Factory? Go ahead and Press “OK” on the soft button, the phone will take a minute to clear configuration and reboot.
I have tried this on T21P E2, T42G & CP860 models, I am pretty sure it should work other models made by Yealink
